At Replay Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
